In Phoenix, Arizona, a tragic accident occurred involving a female driver and a city bus near the intersection of 19th Ave and Cactus Rd, as reported by 12 News.

The collision, which took place around 9 a.m., resulted in the woman hitting the bus head-on. Despite rescue efforts, she succumbed to her injuries at the scene.

Emergency responders evaluated three bus passengers, and one man with non-life-threatening injuries was taken to a nearby hospital.
