PHOENIX, AZ –

A tragic accident claimed the life of 22-year-old motorcyclist Chase Nunez on Tuesday morning May 14th.

The incident occurred around 8:30 a.m. at the intersection of North 43rd Avenue and West Happy Valley Road, as reported by AZFamily.  North 43rd is known for many dangerous intersections.

Nunez was riding his motorcycle when he collided with a car making a left turn.

The impact of the crash was severe, prompting immediate response from rescue crews. Despite their efforts to administer life-saving measures, Nunez was pronounced dead at the scene.

The driver of the car remained at the location of the accident and cooperated with the police investigation. Authorities are currently examining the circumstances of the collision, which includes reconstructing the scene to understand the sequence of events leading to the fatal crash.
